The surgery is done. The ureter was actually attached too high on the kidney so it was unable to drain. So he cut out that part of the ureter and reattached it to the kidney in a more dependent position. He said Ellis was stable during the surgery. He is closed now and still intubated while in recovery. We wont be able to see him for a bit. I will update after we see him.
